Robert Wakulat
Robert Wakulat is a business lawyer and facilitator whose practice focuses on supporting social innovators and entrepreneurs. Robert specializes in providing practical business and governance solutions to a wide range of organizations operating in the social enterprise sector. Where appropriate, he invites clients to take a step back from the legal issues in front of them and invites them to ask themselves better questions by using the Osborne-Parnes Creative Problem Solving methodology. Robert developed his appreciation for the unique challenges facing small businesses by packaging nails and selling fertilizer in his father’s High Park-area Home Hardware.
Robert graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Commerce. He then worked at a start-up company in Germany and acted as an English Instructor in Japan before returning home to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto in 2008. Robert was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2009.
